• Gulf Coast DEBLU Hydraulic Oils are Premium Performance Products – their ashless formulation meets or exceeds pump manufacturer’s requirements for viscosity, rust and corrosion protection, hydrolytic stability, water separability, foam inhibition, and filterability.
• Gulf Coast DEBLU Hydraulic Oils have excellent oxidation stability which adds longer service life than most other conventional antiwear hydraulic oils or even vegetable hydraulic oils.

• Gulf Coast DEBLU Hydraulic Oils have passed the stringiest aquatic toxicity (LC-50) test and are inherently biodegradable thus minimizing any long term environmental concerns. These products are suitable for conventional recycling programs unlike vegetable hydraulic oils.
• Gulf Coast DEBLU Hydraulic Oils are aromatic-free and have passed the U.S. Coast Guard static sheen test requirements. They are non toxic to aquatic life, exceeding the U.S. EPA LC-50 test requirements for mysidopsis-bahia shrimp, rainbow trout and fathead minnow.
• These oils are formulated with a state-of-the-art, ashless additive package that provides maximum wear protection for pump components which ensures maximum rust and corrosion protection, hydrolytic stability and much longer service life. These products are very easily recycled as well

Gulf Coast Deblu Hydraulic Oils are designed to offer the most protection for hydraulic pumps in high performance industrial applications and also in environmentally sensitive situations

 

They are formulated with superior base stocks and an ashless (zinc-free) additive system that provides superior oxidation stability, water seperability, foam suppression, and protection against wear, rust and corrosion..

 

These products are designed to meet or exceed the performance requirements of traditional antiwear hydraulic oils, particularly in severe, high output applications such as axial piston pumps and as well they provide an additional level of safety where it concerns leaks and/or incidental discharge to the environment.

 

Gulf Coast Deblu Hydraulic Oils are longer wearing lubricants with exclusively longer TOST (oxidation stability) life than conventional hydraulic oils. A longer TOST life equates too much Longer servicelife, and improves, andimproves the bottom line for the customer.

 

This level of oxidation stability is very applicable to high efficiency (high temperature,high output) applications where severe stress conditions are placed on the hydraulic fluid.

 

When hydraulic systems are required to function in environmentally sensitive area where the possibility of leaks or spills of the fluid may result in contamination of the soil or nearby waterways is present, Gulf Coast Deblu Hydraulic fluids fill the need. Conventional antiwear hydraulic oils are formulated with metal-containing additives which will stay in the environment in the event of leaks and Vegetable based hydraulic oils meet the environmental standards, but may fall short of the necessary performance stands for the equipments.

 

APPLICATIONS :

 

Gulf Coast Deblu Hydraulic Oils AW :

• Designed to use in mobile and stationary hydraulic vane, piston, and gear type pumps.
• Antiwear performance present in these oils make them particularly suited to high performance industrial applications which utilize axial piston pumps and pressures may exceed 10,000 psi.
• Gulf Coast zinc-free formulations makes it positively suited for applications involving yellow metals which are found in axial piston pumps
• These products are well suited to applications that are situated in environmentally sensitive areas.
• Gulf Coast and Deblu Hydraulic Oils have shown excellent performance in applications which involve servo-valves and use mult-imental components.
• Gulf Coast’s ashless formulation passes the acute aquatic toxicity (LC-50) criteria that has been adopted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as well as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

Gulf Coast Deblu Hydraulic Oils AW meet the requirements of :

• Denison HF-0, HF-2
• Cincinnati Machine P 68 (ISO 32), P-70 (ISO 46), P 69 (ISO 68)
• Vickers for use in M2950-S (mobile) and I-286-S 35VQ25 pump test

Gulf Coast Deblu Hydraulic Oils AW are registered with NSF and has been accepted a lubricant where is no possibility of food contact (H2) in and around food processing areas.    The NSF Non Foods Compound Registration Program is a continuation of the USDA product approval and listing program and is based on meeting the requirements of appropriate use, ingredient review as well as labeling.
